This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the types of information Viakoo, Inc. (“we” or “us”) may collect from you or that you may provide when visiting the Web site www.viakoo.com (our “Web site“), use the Web UI of the Viakoo service, or use our Viakoo mobile applications, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. The Web UI of the Viakoo service, and our Viakoo mobile applications are sometimes referred to collectively in this Policy as the “Service.”

The Viakoo privacy policy also applies to information we collect in e-mail, text and other electronic messages between you and our Service or Web site or when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party Web sites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Web site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
